About
Your path to a 5 starts here.
This hub holds the notes, the slides, the practice, the labs we run in class, and the review material for May. It exists so that “I didn’t know where to find it” is never the reason something didn’t get done.
What’s Changing for 2026–27
New course, same standard: Excellence.
The College Board redesigned AP Statistics for 2026. Here’s what’s different — and what isn’t.
The Format
Every response typed in Bluebook
The Exam
Fewer FRQs, more MCQs
The Course in Units
Fewer units, but significantly longer
The Topics
Completely different order!
*Units 1–4 are each split into two parts (A/B) for pacing — that’s the unit structure this site follows.

A Message from Mr. Levy

AP Statistics
Hi! I'm so happy you're joining me to learn statistics this year.
For those of you I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting, I'm looking forward to getting to know you, challenging you, and helping you discover just how much you're capable of achieving.
It doesn't feel like all that long ago that I was growing up in this very community, wondering what I needed to do to set myself up for success in a rapidly changing world. Before I knew it, I had graduated from Krop and moved to Atlanta, where I earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and Analytics from Georgia Tech.
Throughout my eight years in Atlanta, South Florida was never far from home. I flew back and forth often to run youth programs and sports tournaments, work with local small businesses, and stay connected to the community that helped shape me—all while building my career as a software engineer and data scientist.
Eventually, after launching software companies of my own, I decided to leave the corporate world and move back to Miami to be closer to family and focus on the projects I cared most about. Not long after, an unexpected call from DSAHS came through—and the rest is history.
What began unexpectedly has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with students each day and to use statistics as a vehicle for something much bigger than formulas and calculations: building confidence, curiosity, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
My hope is that this Resource Hub makes your journey a little easier. Use it to review, practice, explore, catch up, get ahead, or simply see something explained in a different way. More importantly, never be afraid to ask questions or ask for help. You are not expected to know everything on day one—that's why we're here.
May this be a year you look back on fondly, not only because of what you learned, but because of how much you grew along the way.
Please reach out anytime there is something I can do to help you shine even brighter.
— Mr. Joseph Levy
How to use this hub
AP Statistics is not your typical math class. It is about researching real world problems, and using the math you likely already know, alongside the principles you’d uncover through this course to discover solutions. The class is interactive but your contributions are limited by your knowledge and experiences. This hub supplements what we do in class. It has been built for you! I hope you get a lot out of it.
Check the home page daily
Announcements, what's due next, and the running calendar of quizzes and tests all live on the landing page. If something changed, it changed there first.

Everything is filed by unit: notes, slides, homework, practice questions, and videos. Each subunit closes with a Test Prep section — that's what to work through before an assessment.

One interactive lab per unit, run at your table group with a code Mr. Levy hands out. Your group generates its own data, so your numbers are genuinely yours — and worth arguing about.

Come May, the Review Hub is the one place to drill: topic-by-topic practice built around the four FRQs and the digital format.
